Dental fluorosis treated with of 7 lithium disilicate veneers and 2 monolithic lithium disilicate crowns
A 27 year-old male patient presented with severe dental fluorosis; his chief complaint was unsatisfactory esthetics. The patient was in good general health and was a smoker.
It was decided to solve the case by means of 7 lithium disilicate veneers (from 14 to 23) and 2 monolithic lithium disilicate crowns (15 and 24).
Both an analogic and digital approach were used to study the mandibular movements. The functional guidances were carefully kept.
A multi-layer lithium disilicate cereamics was used to fabricate the veneers.
